My thoughts on the presentation on the Group presentation summary of each chapter

1. acts out of kindness without expectations, they had assists with a movie called paying it forward. A operational of acting out of the pure kindness of your heart without expecting anything in return, the whole motive is if you can act out of kindness it would cause this psychological chain reaction of kindness. Acts of doing favors for others with out expectations is a very human thing to do the little things count, helping those around you is beautiful thing to do.The presentation was well structured and put together, they took their time & effort to collate the information as well as capturing the attention of each individual in the room, they're information on the topic was intriguing and overall accurate, the delivery about the discussion was entertaining along with each individuals respect for their members moment to speak. The quality of the presentation was a solid ten out of ten, i truly understood every aspect of what they had to say and enjoyed it.

2. group 2 spoke about the many different ways of self care, setting up goals to achieve when you have goals in your life achieving them can give you this sort of "purpose" for that time being to keep yourself busy & your mind, reading books expands your vocabulary & is a stress reliever, bonding with people talking these are just the few examples of keeping a longevity lifestyle talking with others improves communication skills and overall bond with others, hygiene self cleanliness is self explanatory keeping clean along with your environment improves self control and many other key aspects of longevity. meditation helps clear the brain when overwhelmed also improves concentration, respecting yourself knowing your limits, and respecting others are major key factors of self-care. The presentation was entertaining and didn't fail to assimilate me & nor did it bore me. There content also they're delivery was straight to the point each team member had no issue disseminating information to everyone. The structure was ably layered, it didn't lack any efforts, their timing and team ethics was perfectly intertwined with them bounces off of one an others performance right after one another. Along with the quality it all came together to be one well made presentation.

group 3: this presentation was held up very swell, we each spoke about the importance in dieting & taking care of your body. Although this was my group i did learn a lot on the sidelines from my group members, the different health benefits that can be achieved if taking the correct measurements and precautions to have a longevity lifestyle along with exercising, caloric intake & also the diverse palates of different states. We spoke on how healthy dieting affects your hormonal functions brain functions and mood swings, studies found those who were more likely to consume excessive junk food were more susceptible of having long-term issues mentally and physically. There were plenty of gateway examples of getting into safer eating habits & how some people struggle just starting off, so a list was given of many ways to begin that first step into a "safe environment" with your body. Diets are the number one importance into making a healthy introduction to working out consecutively, going on few minute walk helps calm the state of mind and also reduces stress. Also spoke about the different mental illness caused by hyper-fixating on your weight or wether that be eating, eating disorders are a very serious state of mind one can fall into this horrific depressive state of constantly checking how much you eat or your body image which all causes a wide chain reaction with bulimia, binge eating, even laxative abuse.  This presentation content was straight forward although there was couple students missing, that did not hold back or stop our group to join together and work as a proper group, we layered our presentation respectfully helping the students in the crowd to understand and go along with the information to prevent them from getting sidetracked with all the overwhelming out of information. Each member provided the sufficient amount of quality and performance to capture the audiences attention, i believe we did a great job, not being biased.

Besides that I frankly believe each group did a fantastic job on their presentation deserving a successful grade!

In conclusion i learned a lot of information i can use on my grey areas for assurance improvement.
